Umbrella company specialists, i-Paye chose glow to design their new website and secure finance extranet.

Knowsley based i-Paye specialise in managing umbrella companies and payroll for contract workers. After rapid growth, i-Paye commissioned glow to create a brand new website and secure financial extranet to streamline account management for remote contractors.

Until now, administration of customer accounts was done by fax and postal mail with associated overheads and heavy staff resource requirements for processing. The extranet simplifies this process, allowing contractors much greater control of their own records and reducing the admin burden on i-Paye.

The new extranet will help i-Paye reduce admin time freeing up staff resource which can be used on other profitable activity. The company has ambitious growth plans so the timing couldn’t be better.
