Another lockdown launch for commercial property giant, NSM

In a further demonstration of the resilience of the NW economy, industrial property specialist, NSM launched their new website with Glow last week.
Glow delivered the majority of the project during the COVID-19 lockdown.
The new website features a specialist software integration with Salesforce, delivering live, 2 way exchange of property availability and detailed particulars for the portfolio - vital to allow customers to explore and find the industrial property that’s a perfect fit for them.
NSM is a specialist provider of commercial property and asset management services for local, national and international organisations. They have £240 million of assets under management, looking after more than 4 million sq ft of industrial property including 460 units and a rent roll in excess of £14 million. John Winstanley, Technical Director at Glow said: The training and delivery for this project was all done remotely through Microsoft Teams. It is a credit to the team at NSM that they adapted to remote working so quickly and it enabled us to involve more staff from NSM and also Glow than we otherwise would have been able to.
