NHS Trusts experience workflow issues where photos of clinical records are taken on mobile phones but not appended to the patient record. Glow prototyped a solution to allow clinicians to swiftly and reliably attach relevant photos to patient records.

Glow undertook a research project to explore how radiologists and clinicians smartphones, which are often used to take additional photos in the context of medical imagery, could be effectively "plumbed in" to the patient record, storing and sharing the photos securely and as appropriate.
