Glow's innovative SafeTeam Guardian Software as a Service is now available for public procurement under the GOV.UK Digital Marketplace framework, which went live today (02/07/19).

Suppliers must meet stringent requirements to be accepted onto the G Cloud framework, which has seen sales over four billion pounds (£4bn) up to last year. 71% of these sales were to SME's.

The billion-pound G–Cloud 11 procurement framework allows central government, local councils, NHS Trusts and other public sector bodies to access a wide range of pre-vetted vendors and services.

The framework is a transparent, accessible, and competitive online platform, leading to significant procurement savings in both time and effort.

Phil Blything said: "It's an important step for Glow as we develop the products aspect of the business. Having commercialised Safeteam Guardian successfully, the framework will now allow us to contract more easily and in a standardised way with successive NHS Trust customers."

The GOV.UK Digital Marketplace G Gloud framework award for Glow New Media is the latest step in the products commercialisation journey following on from non clinical pilots, rocket science big data and supercomputers, and repurposing the underlying tech from transport to healthcare.
