Changing the world for the better isn't easy, which is why it's so important for private sector businesses like Glow to support the organisations who make civil society function.
It's so important that we formally recognise it with "Glow Beyond" - our pro bono scheme.
Simply put, for each person in the company, we invest one person day per month of pro Bono work for causes which make the world a better place.
Some of us work as trustees of charities, but often we're asked to build websites and develop campaigns. So long as we're using our time, skills and resources for the benefit of society, that's ok with us.
