Hurray after lots of hard work your application is ready to Go Live! We just need your instruction.
By instructing us to proceed, you agree:
- You’ve thoroughly checked everything that we have delivered or staged for your User Acceptance Testing (UAT).That means anything deliverable by us, relating to any relevant scope or job number and includes how it may interact with any third party systems or software.
- You accept it as delivered in full, unless specifically agreed in writing with a Glow director any specific elements for later delivery, and referencing a valid job number.
- That the deliverable you have tested is fit for purpose and meets specification.
- Any future “issue” arising which was not described in specification was never in scope.
- You are satisfied that the specification was correct and complete.
- Any complaint about this deliverable should be made within 30 days of delivery.
- After go-live, we have offered a 30 day, discretionary snagging period during which we will endeavor to resolve any “within scope” issues.
- After this 30 day period, any instruction will require a quotation for new work.
- Regardless of any co-creation or informal advice we may have provided, you understand that as the operator of this software, you are responsible for it, once we have delivered it.
- You’ve already accepted terms
- You’ve discussed ongoing hosting provision with us and selected an offer, which is provided for under a separate agreement.
