Glow is an internet consultancy and new media agency, set up at the beginning of 2007 by Phil Blything and Thom Shannon. Passionate about internet and new media technology and particularly using it to help clients succeed, Glow has already made an impact.

Working with clients throughout the UK (Liverpool, Manchester, Chester, Midlands and South), we have an impressive portfolio of varied projects each delivering clear benefits to our clients.

Based in central Liverpool, in the historic Gostins Building, we’re easy to find. We love visitors, pop in, we have a cafetiere and everything.
