We are looking for a bright, organised and energetic individual with experience of bookkeeping and organising people.

  • Salary: £17,000 - £23,000 (pro rata, plus benefits)

  • Hours: Part Time 

  • Location: Liverpool

Demonstrable experience with bookkeeping, accounting tools (e.g. Sage or Xero), invoicing, credit control and business admin are essential.

Additional experience with coordinating projects and working in a digital business would be beneficial.

Typical Responsibilities:


  • Issue invoices to clients 

  • Credit control

  • Input supplier invoices 

  • Bank entries & reconciliation 

  • Liaise with accountant 

  • Obtain purchase orders from clients

  • Maintain Hosting & Invoicing spreadsheets

Office Management

  • Liaise with suppliers

  • Order office supplies

  • Answer phone 

Internal sales / account handling

  • Liaise with clients to keep them up to date

  • Create quote & job numbers for small projects

  • New client onboarding & next steps process

Project Administration

  • Keeping project management software up to date 

  • Time scheduling

  • Keep projects list up to date

  • Keep project whiteboard up to date

  • 123Reg Domain Registration Admin & Renewals 

Staff Admin

  • Monthly payroll 

  • Annual leave records & admin

  • New starter onboarding

  • Expense claim collation
