Liverpool Archdiocese

The Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Liverpool administer funds for hundreds of schools throughout the diocese and use SAGE to manage the funds.

Keeping each school up to date with its balance had become a time consuming task so Glow were commissioned to make a customised Finance Extranet which allows each school to log in securely and check the status of their account and the relevant transactions and balances.

The extranet was developed to integrate with SAGE and automatically keeps the information up to date without the need for manual input of the figures.

The system saves RCAOL time and money whilst providing quicker service to their schools.
