Evans Grayling Moore

Evans Grayling Moore is a professional recruitment agency specialising in the field of surveying and architecture.

EGM had an existing site  which had become outdated and was not adequately representing the business. New and prospective clients were being discouraged by the dated design and lack of structure.

Evans Grayling Moore asked Glow to redevelop the site with the specific aims of properly representing the high quality service and excellent reputation of the company.

The design approach needed to cater for the conservative nature of the industry, whilst creating a clean and professional look and feel.

Finally, it was important that the new site integrate seamlessly with the third party recruitment system used by EGM.

Glow created a choice of design concepts relating to the surveying and architecture field.

These concepts were then refined and the preferred design solution was then used as the base for creating the new Evans Grayling Moore web site.

Finally, the EGM site was integrated with the JOBSIN vacancy management service which allows the client to manage vacancies across multiple channels including the web.
